About Dr. Saundra, Your Momentum Mentor
DR. SAUNDRA WALL WILLIAMS Williams is the CEO of WMS Corporation, a professional development and consulting company dedicated to supporting women in gaining momentum in order to move forward in their life, ministry or career. She is the founder of Vision Building Institute, Next Level of Success Academy, and T.E.A.C.H. (Train and Equip for Active Christlike Holiness™), a ministry dedicated to supporting women to learn and grow in their God-given calling.
Dr. Williams is indeed a woman of excellence and action whom God has chosen for the workplace and ministry to teach, preach, speak and write to the spiritual and professional needs of women. She is a powerful speaker who has dedicated her life and ministry to teaching. Her wisdom and experience have inspired women to seek after the heart of God (Matthew 6:33), to have a personal, intimate relationship with God (Proverbs 3:5), and to fulfill the spiritual assignment that God has entrusted to them (Luke 16:11).
Dr. Williams is also an Adjunct Research Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership, Policy, and Human Development at North Carolina State University, where her teaching focus is Technology and Leadership. She is on the Board of Trustees for a community college and on the Board of Directors for corporations.
The former Senior Vice President and Chief of Information Technology, Data, Business Intelligence, and Distance Learning for the North Carolina Community College System, the 3rd largest community college system in the world, she led the implementation of the largest computer information system in higher education in the world.
She has earned several awards during her career as a chief-level leader. She was named a Houle Scholar in Adult Education, Azusa Scholar in Divinity, North Carolina State University College of Sciences Alumni of the Year, North Carolina Chief Information Officer of the Year, and North Carolina’s Technology Woman of the Year. As a speaker, coach, and strategist, Dr. Williams relays compelling strategies for leadership she learned first-hand as an award-winning Chief-level executive.
Dr. Williams is an ordained minister and elder in the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International. She is the Director of Christian Education at her church, Solid Rock Ministry International.
A published researcher and author in her professional field of technology and adult education, she has also written: The Ministry Within, I Can Have and Do It All – 7 Pillars of Complete Life Balance, 21 Days to Momentum, and Beyond Inspiration: 14 Transformational Prayers to Increase Your Impact and Influence. She is co-author of Woman Power: Strategies for Female Leaders, The Female Architect: How to Rebuild Your Life, The Female Factor: A Confidence Guide for Women, Baby Boomers: Secrets to Life After 50, and You Are Enough: Messages of Inspiration and Empowerment to Live Your Best Life.
Dr. Williams is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Master of Science in Applied Mathematics and Statistics, and Doctor of Education in Adult and Community College Education. She also holds a Master of Divinity from Regent University. She was also awarded the Honorary Associate of Science degree from Richmond Community College. She is a certified Chief Information Officer with the State of North Carolina.
Dr. Williams is married to Mr. Dennis O. Williams, and they celebrate 32 years of marriage. God has blessed them with one son, Bradley.
Dr. Williams knows that the Word of God for the calling on her life and ministry comes from Matthew 6:33, “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”
